1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Ank Maven Marketing. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Client”, “you”), and Ank Maven Marketing (“we”, "us", or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any operational deliverables, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Meta Ads Management, Google Ads Management, Landing Page Creation, and WordPress Website Development.
By accessing our engine, submitting your business data, or initiating a technical project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these execution terms.
2. Financial Architecture & Advance Billing
To lock engineering resources and initiate deployment protocols, the Client agrees to the following structural financial matrix:
- Advance Allocation: A mandatory 30% non-refundable advance deposit is required before any development, structural audits, asset creations, or campaign designs are initiated.
- Invoicing Protocol: Official commercial invoices are issued for all project milestones and recurring retainers, clearly specifying the scope of execution.
- No-Refund Mandate: Due to the resource-intensive nature of custom web asset development, labor allocation, and premium media optimizations, Ank Maven Marketing operates on a strict No-Refund Policy. All sales are final. Advance allocations and milestone disbursements are entirely non-refundable under any circumstance once deployment begins.
3. Advertising Budget & Pass-Through Costs
Isolation of Funds: The financial ad budget allocated for Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns belongs strictly to the Client. Ank Maven Marketing's service management fees are independent of the operational ad spend.
Direct & Pass-Through Billing: The Client is solely responsible for billing pipelines established directly with ad networks (Meta, Google). In instances where ad budget deployment flows through billing nodes managed by Ank Maven Marketing, the Client explicitly acknowledges that 100% of these pass-through payments are directly routed to the ad platforms to balance ad delivery lines. None of these funds are retained as agency profit, and they are entirely non-refundable by Ank Maven Marketing.
4. Scope of Specialized Deployments
- WordPress & Landing Page Asset Protection: Once final website architectures or landing page systems are developed, delivered, and signed off, Ank Maven Marketing transfers operations. Any structural code breaks, hosting failures, or unauthorized plugin updates made by the Client's team are outside our technical liability.
- SEO Optimization Limitations: The Client acknowledges that Search Engine Optimization is a technical variable reliant on volatile third-party search engine algorithms (Google). We do not own search architectures and cannot guarantee absolute, fixed-timeline placement metrics.
- Paid Media Traffic Variables: Meta and Google platforms govern ad account approval, bot traffic shifts, and network delivery stability. We manage optimization structures but are not responsible for global network service disruptions or ad account suspensions caused by Client business models.
5. Confidentiality & Asset Ownership
- B2B Confidentiality: We acknowledge that lead generation data, internal conversion metrics, and business strategies shared by the Client are highly sensitive. Ank Maven Marketing agrees to hold all proprietary business information in strict confidence and will not disclose your internal data parameters to external competitors.
- Asset Transfer: Upon full and final settlement of all milestone invoices, the Intellectual Property (IP) rights for customized landing pages and ad campaign structures are fully transferred to the Client. Ank Maven Marketing retains the right to utilize anonymized performance metrics for internal case studies unless explicitly denied by the Client in writing.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms, operations, and execution agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal architecture challenges arising out of or relative to these service clauses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
